Be part of a powerful constitutional discussion with Dr. Emeritus Prof. Datuk Dr. Shad Saleem Faruqi, Dr. Elyse Wakelin (Nottingham Law School), and Jayanthi Diana (Senior Lecturer, Brickfields Asia College), moderated by Nurul Nadirah, our very own Public Law & Company Law Lecturer. 

Together, they will explore the foundations of constitutional democracy and examine how courts in both the UK and Malaysia have drawn clear constitutional boundaries around parliamentary power, standing firm in defence of the Rule of Law.
